Chester the neighborhood cat has had his eyes on the nest for over a week.

Today while Chester was studying the nest, one of the adult birds intentionally landed within inches of Chester. The startled cats attention was diverted as the bird hopped around just out of reach. It was amazing to watch the bird trying to out smart the experienced hunter.
