We had an incident at Mountain Hardware this past week that has caused us to think about some options on how to help prevent this from happening again.

As of tomorrow 8/7/21 Saturday from opening at 8:30am until 12 noon each day we will be happy to assist you with your purchase without you having to leave your car.  We hope this will help parents with young children, pet owners or anyone for whatever reason is not able to come in to Mountain Hardware.  Please call 760-249-3653 when you arrive in the Mountain Hardware parking lot and we will be out to assist you as soon as possible. 
It would be best  if the transactions are with credit or debit cards but if that is not possible we will handle the cash transaction as well.

We hope this will help to make it easier and safer for you and your love ones to shop at Mountain Hardware.

Now that we are able to come up at least once a month, I'm reminded how lucky Wrightwood is to have such a wonderful hardware store (and much more).  In the area we live now, we have many options for great shopping.  One place that cannot be matched is how great Mountain Hardware is.  Mike and his staff are always the best, your friends with knowledge.  Being basically across the street now has been super easy getting supplies we have needed.

At the Friday night event it was great to see many old friends (& after 30 years, many of us are OLD )

Daylight savings has ended so that means we will be closing at 5pm Monday through Saturday and Sunday still 4:30pm for the winter.

We are out of snow shovels and ice melt.  We do have a temporary solution for ice melt.  Water softener salt works the same way to help melt ice.  Right now we have limited stock on it. 
We are hoping we can get our truck here by this Friday with supplies.
