Wrightwood area maps
Wrightwood:
During a conversation with Fire Marshal Brierty he mentioned SB County as being equivalent in square miles to at least one of the east coast states.
Here's a map that shows how big San Bernardino County is:

I agree .the lanstat image is awesome . the fan on the right is from big rock wash.

No. The fan on the right is from the Sheep Creek wash coming out of Wrightwood. That's deposit from the mass wasting at the top of Heath Creek and Sheep Creek. The north end of that flow is El Mirage dry lake. That makes Wrightwood very easy to spot on satellite imagery.

sorry , looked at it again and i see it now. you can also see little rock resevoir in the left center of the image.
