Title: Recognize this truck or trailer?

The Sheriff report has already been made but I was just wondering if anyone recognizes this truck or trailer? Driving home last night (3/26/24) at about 7pm coming up Swarthout canyon road 1/4 mile from Lone pine this truck was in the process of dumping these barrels and other trash.
