I looked into Helium a while back and it's definitely a cool coin with some actual usefulness. But the nodes are a few hundred $ when I looked into it, and I wasn't quite convinced to pay that much for such a specialized piece of hardware.

 type in Colossal Malachite Sealion you'll see the radio at my location.

The radio on McDill  is Alert Champagne Goldfish
this one has some impressive coverage but doesn't do much better than my location.
