The forum has been a very busy place during it's first few years. While we respect someone's right to free speech, the forum was setup to help the community be a better place.
We've made some tuff decisions on what is acceptable and what is not. We have the right to remove objectionable content.
When a post accuses someone with specific details - it is not acceptable.
Such as:
- naming a specific company or individual by name. Accusing them of speeding or reckless driving or other wrong doing.
- Listing someone's license plate number and accusing them of this or that. Posting someone's address, phone number, PO box or other similar specific details. It's not always an individual post that becomes an attack but sometimes a combination of posts.
- Material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law.
Yes photos have been posted of people passing over a double yellow lines, that had a license plate numbers showing. We feel it portrays an event that took place and isn't an accusation.
