A reminder from the Wrightwood Fire Safe Council.
Many mountain communities have had significant snow fall. Is your fire hydrant accessible if there is a structure fire in your neighborhood? Can the fire department access the hydrant on your street?

Those of you who live close to a fire hydrant please take a moment to check and see if the snow is cleared from around it so it doesn't freeze and make it difficult for the Fire Department to assess the Hydrant if needed in case of a fire--it could be your home!
Thank you
