1 GB FIBER Coming Soon to Wrightwood

Ultimate Internet Access, Inc. (UIA) will bring 1Gbps/1Gbps Broadband to the homes and businesses of the unincorporated community of Wrightwood in the near future.
The project will use Single-mode Fiber directly to the home/business to offer services of 1 Gbps/1 Gbps, no cap, unlimited and no installation fee.
UIA Customer Service Department is one of their strongest assets and located locally with administrative facility in Ontario, CA.
The owner of Ultimate Internet Access, Inc, Wes Zuber lives in Wrightwood.

I've been trying to wrap my mind on how fast the 1 Gb service will be and had to use a calculator to figure it out.
Based on a speedtest I just ran.
Downloads at 1 Gb will be 162 times faster than 6.15 Mb (fastest service currently offered)
Uploads at 1 Gb would be 1500 times faster than 680 Kb (fastest service currently offered)

This seems way too good to be true ... how is it even possible?

I truly hope this is true. With the "high quality" of service we are receiving from Verizon, this would be a welcome upgrade.
Now, what about pricing?

It looks like Residential should be $70 month - Bundled with Voice $95
Activation and installation (all types): Waived
Modem charge: No monthly residential equipment fee
Voice service includes unlimited calling in United States and Canada
