Yes, when my Internet went out earlier, I called a friend to make sure it wasn't just my place. Hers was out too. Called UIA and left a message, giving my name and address on Robin Circle, reporting the outage. I was just about to use my Mobile Hot Spot via my phone, which a UIA employee taught me how to do, when...voila...service was restored. Whew! It could have been so much worse. I called UIA and left another message, this one thanking them for getting us back on line so quickly. Thanks again, UIA. You are the best.
