Title: The Mountain's Mysteries
Post by: GRAHAM_RANCH on Sep 21, 09, 05:40:09 PM
The 1pm Friday September 2, 2009 Wrightwood Historical Society meeting is being held at the historical Big Pines Rec Hall (visiting center)...the first time in a very loooooooooong time. Members and visitors are invited to attend. Terry Graham had been asked to talk about the 'Mountain Mysteries." With topics like the Mystery of Davidson Arch, The Body in the Pit, The Mystery Ghost Rider of Table Mountain, How Mount Baldy might have Gotten its Name, The Mystery of Big Pines Winter Olympic Games, Balto's Connection with the Mystery of Wrightwood's Missing Sled Dog Team & and the Great Escape, expect an informative time....specailly when Graham did't make none of this stuff up.

The group meets at the Wrightwood Museum on Cedar ten minutes till and will carpool up...or just amble up there yourself.
Be great to see you.

I feel that the date on this should be Friday October 1 rather than September 1. :user: Errors understandably occur.
