Title: I wonder who thought it was a good idea to burn....

the horse stall piles on a HOT day, with the wind 25-35 MPH in Phelan today? Nothing like smelling a strong smell of smoke and wondering why!!

of course it may have been spontaneous combustion due to the horse c*ap. Regardless, I don't like to smell and then see smoke!! FD was called!

On a hot windy day spontaneous combustion is probably a best guess... or dumb teenagers it could really swing either way
