Hey Fight On, where were you hiking when you saw this rattler?  Was that your first rattler encounter?

Walking down the Sam Merrill Trail last night. I saw another one last week on the Mt. Wilson Trail about a quarter mile from the summit.
I've seen about 8 in the past 3 years. This one didn't make a sound with the rattles. Neither did the one last week but the rest were very loud.
Glad I had a head lamp or I would have stepped too close or on it.  :2thumbsup:
