Title: Estate Sale - Need Tables

This might be an odd request, but thought I'd give it a try. I'm sorting through years of stuff at my mom's house and we will have an estate sale the weekend of March 23.

Because I'll be selling all her furniture, I need tables to put all the 'stuff' on for the sale. There will be antiques, collectibles, kitchen goods, double bed, day bed, bedding, dressers, desks, bookcases, freezer, tools and all kinds of goodies.

If you have a folding table I can borrow for the sale, I would much appreciate it. We would need the tables within the next week or so since it will take me a month to prepare (between work and everything!), and I would return them by the end of March. I would mark all tables with (tape) your name and phone number, and promise they won't be sold.

In exchange for loaning me the tables, you can have a sneak preview of the sale items before March 23. Whaddya think? Anyone game?

Thanks to everyone who responded - isn't this forum great? I believe I have all the tables I need for now, if all offers come through this weekend/next week as discussed.

Your mom --the artist? Any of her works on the table?

Yes, and yes. And no, she has not passed away. She moved out to a retirement home in Victorville, so we have a huge house full of items to sell. I'm sure there will be some paintings for sale, as well as lots of her custom cards printed from her paintings, and probably some prints too.

I offered a sneak preview of this sale to those that loaned me tables. If you are one of those folks and haven't received a message from me, please call to schedule a visit before the sale this weekend.

Tons of items available. Easy drive down 138 to Silver Rock then follow the signs. Friday and Saturday only.
