Title: Flooded roadway / lanes

Runoff drains are clogged (again) Highway 2 and Walnut.  Eastbound lane is flooded.  Cars are going into westbound lanes to bypass.

Be Careful out there.  I reported via email to Caltrans, (not county) as per SB County dispatch.
