Title: Big Pines Zipline CLOSED Until Further Notice

This won't affect them, the property is offered for sale at over $9 million. Not going to happen any time soon. NEXT summer might be an issue...

I don't know about that, their relationship with the zip lining outfit is kind of murky. But there is only 6 weeks left in the summer, they still have the property, and they're not going to cancel upcoming events. For this summer anyway.

Post by: tcaarabians on Jul 18, 16, 11:29:51 AM: Mike.. send your credit card company a notice that you are protesting the charge. You have so many days to do that after the charge is posted. Do it now. You can likely have the entire charge refunded to you if you're within the number of days allowed. I've done that myself. And, your credit card company can advise you as to the format of the complaint and the window for you to do it.

They're evidently in bankruptcy.. so I wouldn't trust their refund policy at this point. You could wind up as another creditor that doesn't have much standing. You know, pennies on the dollar if that. And, do read the contract you signed with them as well.

Seems like karma to me.

Yes they did (weather permitting).

For months, several people who pre-paid, were posting on the Zip Line's Facebook page. They were asking for refunds, but no one ever responded to the customers. I just now noticed that the Zip Line's Facebook page has been removed. Whoever owns it now, are cowards to do that to customers.
