Cause of fire was 18 wheeler lost tire and started fire.

Big rig headed west on 138 lost a wheel. It flew across the road and ignited the fire. No injuries.

This could have been a deadly tragedy if that tire hit a vehicle going the opposite direction.  Thank goodness none was injured or killed.
