ABC7 has a good timelapse of the fire as it began at night.  It was totally set by someone.  You can see spotfires fires start DOWNHILL at regular distances and timframes against the wind, as if someone was walking down from the observatory and setting them as they went.  And strangely, yet again, a place my wife and I visited recently catches fire.  We were just there a week ago.  There was one suspicious looking guy in the parking lot who seemed to have no real aim to his wanderings around the main parking lot, but nothing overly weird.  We decided to move the car to another lot to put some distance between us.
