I've heard great things about the two nurseries that In My Dreams mentioned.  They're on my list to visit.  I've also ordered plants & trees at Mountain Hardware with great luck. You can use chicken wire around your existing roses to keep the bunnies out.  I also use the green wire because it looks better.
