For those of you near the beach today, there is a tsunami advisory for the west coast for about 8:00 this morning, due to a strong volcanic eruption near Tonga.

I was on Maui and the following morning noticed a ton of debris in the water, and a lot of sand and debris that had been flung up over the seawalls along the road.  Only later did I hear about the underwater Volcano in Tonga and the Tsunami.
