Maybe John will set her up in radio talk??? ;D

Sorry...my bad.... spelling its, "lagomorphmom"

I still don't know where she got it....you ask her ;D

Maybe it's a microbilogy term...that's her profession.

There are female forum members, moderators in fact, who are hams. Two recently licensed. But due to the ease in relating call signs to names I don't want to expose those details here.

Well, I'm not shy. I'm one of the recently licensed female Hams from Clint's class. Welcome!

Welcome Kerin and thanks for the explanation. There has to be a "Night of the Lepus" joke here somewhere.

Welcome, Kerin and Mike.

I was also part of Clint's class. I live 'off the hill', but have a home in WW. Did Clint mention to you that all members of the class passed the test on the first try? Clint is a very capable teacher.

Hi Jack!

Yup, I'm new here but I've seen that in other threads as well. Much as I'd like to be an Extra, I'll be honest and say I have other things I enjoy more right now - maybe when I retire

What really intrigued me though was something about a map reading class, don't remember what the exact title was, but that was the jist of it. Say, should we be talking about him like he's not here???

That might have been Robert Ws post about a class I taught. We could do it again if there was enough interest.

Yup, my short-term-memory is pinging on RobertW. I'm in if it's a weekend deal (no pressure, just a comment - down here in the low-lands our mantra is "we are just volunteers", otoh if you're "retired", well, now  :)
