ANYBODY REMEMBER WHEN LLOYD NIX FENCED TWIN LAKES AND STARTED CHARGING ADMISSION?

Sometime in the mid 50's. I know we went every summer and it was fenced. Not sure about the exact year. We moved to Wrightwood in 1956.

Pine Needle, August 22, 1947 - The exclusive club to be named the "Wrightwood Sports Club" was fenced.

The "fence didn't stop us from going in at night!! Hehehe!! That was in the 60's??
