Loose husky/malamute type dog, male, on East Canyon just now, just uphill of Lone Pine Canyon Road.

Friendly, but no collar and we couldn't get a grip on him before he darted off.

Anybody know of a similar dog in the area and can contact owners to see if they are missing their pup?

 Big dog ,I am guessing around 100 lbs., very friendly. He was wandering around in the desert by Duncan and Wilson Ranch, no tags or collar.
I don't drive anymore so it will be a little while before I can get him scanned for a microchip.

Dear WBD 123. Your new fur companion is a gorgeous guy who looks very happy with you. Thank you for trying to his locate his "owner", but I am even happier to read that you have adopted him. Hi, found a sweet young 30lb ish dark brindle coated dog by Rick’s at Beekly and 138 Saturday evening 8/12/23. Can hold overnight but SB shelter doesn’t open till Monday. Can anyone help Sunday? Have posted a sign with more planned tomorrow. Please PM me if you can help. No chip found.
