Title: T-Mobile's new charges
Post by: KW on Aug 31, 09, 01:25:13 PM
Does anyone here have T-Mobile? My mom has a basic plan and just read her bill enclosure. If she doesn't switch to online bill pay, they will start charging her $1.50 per month. They also told her that if she called and talked to a live person, they would charge $5 for each call!!

Thanks for letting me vent. They want to go paperless, but in going paperless they are telling her to drive to the library to pay her bill - - so instead of producing paper waste, they are now producing fuel fumes and using gas, etc.

Hi KW,
I have T-Mobile and yes they're going to start charging $1.50 if you continue receiving a paper statement.  I didn't know about the $5.00 charge if you talk to a live person.  It makes me really mad when they assume everyone has a computer.  Especially older folks who don't have one and don't intend on getting one.
