Can anyone recommend a house painter in WW?
Prep would involve a little more than just power-washing.
Small areas of house and garage are in need of some scraping and sanding.
Then paint. Maybe change up the colors.
Possibly deck staining as well.
Thank you :)

The best painter I know of in the village is Tim Ewing. He has done so many jobs for us (and now, me), that are just impeccable. I'll get his phone # for you.

HIGHLY recommend Ken Hunt. He did my exterior and interior. Excellent, detail oriented, fairly priced. I'd be glad to PM you a pic of my home if that would help.

Just make it real clear that you want good prep work. My neighbor had one of the local painters do their house about 3 years ago. It's already starting to flake off. I painted my house in '04 and it still looks good. Of course I did way more prep work then any professional would do.

Thanks for the help.
It is much appreciated.

Any modern recommendations for an exterior house painter? I called the numbers above, but I didn't get any traction. I figure the past is 5 years old and people may have moved on.

Tim Ewing has done a lot of work in the past for me. I saw him at Jensen's a few days ago and he said he's still painting. The cell # I have for him is 909-921-5221.

Tim Ewing has done work for us also - very professional and reasonable. We will definitely hire him again when the time comes.

We had our house painted a year ago by Chris Landry from Hesperia. Licensed and insured, we highly recommend him. Chris and his crew were professional, did all prep work necessary, cleaned up well each day, and Chris made sure we tested the colors we wanted before he started the job. With the weather getting cooler now, you made need to wait until spring, but talk to your painter to confirm.
