I am not able to open the video.  I get a message that says they can't play it on this browser.  Not sure what that means, I only have this one laptop computer.  I do not have a Twitter account, nor do I want one, if that is making a difference.  Suggestions?

I don't believe you need a Twitter account. Your Web browser does need to be setup to view this type of video.
Anyone else able to view it without having a Twitter account?

No Twitter account for me, and I can view the video
