People are attempting to provide for their families.  Not everyone can work for tax based entities that offer health insurance and retirement plans.  I'm curious where a person works who complains about people advertising to make ends meet?

Yup. That requires a permit from CalTrans.

I noticed a new sign directly across from the 138/2 light a couple of days ago.  Someone took it upon themselves to take it down. Today I saw the posts were broken and the sign is laying on the hillside.  They could have at least removed the sign instead of trashing the hill!

If CALTRANS is enforcing laws and regulations can we put them in charge of the border?

If agencies, States, and the Feds are going to pick and choose which laws and regulations they enforce I'm going to pick and choose which laws and regulations I obey.
