Title: Help identify trespasser/hunter

If you can ID this person let me know
Late yesterday afternoon in residential and Methodist Camp area near Elm and Linnet

(note: there's a dog in the upper right corner of photo)

Looks like person out of frame on the right with the dog on a leash.

Children at Camp Wrightwood is a big concern (Methodist Church Camp)

Doesn't look like an experienced hunter what-so-ever  yikes
