Title: SBCounty Land Use Services Phone Number

Hey all,

I've been trying to reach the land use services via phone recently. When I call the numbers (760-995-8140 and 909-387-8311), I get a bunch of rambling about snow storm damage, then finally get put in a queue. At some point, it'll pick up and say "I'm sorry, we're currently experiencing issues. Goodbye." Happened a few weeks ago when I called and it's happened every time I've called them today.

Has anyone else been having this issue or know of a working phone number to reach them? I know a while back they had some message about wanting people to email them, but this now seems a bit absurd.
