Does anyone know if there is access from Lytle Creek Rd (3N21) over the hill to Lytle Creek then over to Mt Baldy Village?

There was but it was pretty bad and the gates were normally locked.  Call the San Bernardino National Forest Service Station in Lytle Creek for accurate conditions and accessibility.
