Its a county road. It's closed

https://dpw.sbcounty.gov/operations/road-closures/

Thank you for that link!

Unless I am misreading, it looks like Lone Pine Canyon Rd. is open...but the dirt road at the lower bend (Swarthout Canyon) is closed.  Is that accurate?

...just trying to figure out a good source to know what roads (if any) are clear tomorrow...

The DOT's road condition's page doesn't seem to monitor it...and I'm just not sure what a good source for status info is.

WRIGHTWOOD INCIDENT UPDATE:
San Bernardino County Fire remains in command of the Wrightwood Incident as ongoing rain continues to worsen mud and debris flows and flooding. The primary focus remains life safety. Crews are conducting door-to-door checks in impacted areas and advising residents in danger zones to evacuate immediately. An evacuation warning remains in effect for Wrightwood from Pine Street to the Los Angeles County line, and residents outside this area are also strongly encouraged to evacuate as conditions may rapidly worsen.

Fire crews are rescuing people trapped in vehicles and responding to an increase in swiftwater rescue calls, particularly in the Hesperia and North Desert areas. Multiple agencies are assisting, including Los Angeles County Fire, CAL FIRE, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Aviation, and San Bernardino County Public Works.
A Care and Reception Center for evacuees has been established at Serrano High School, 9292 Sheep Creek Rd., Phelan. Residents are urged to stay off the roads if possible, stay informed by signing up for the TENS system, and visit prepare.sbcounty.gov for updates.
