The Wrghtwood Historical Museum has two new displays that will capture your interest:
Wrightwood's Beginnings (the first concept of Wrightwood as a hundred percent resort town)
And "Earthquake Country," which has been presented in a new window display and in notebook format called "A Tale of Faults, Earthquakes and the Terrible Alquist Priolo."
Ever wonder why we shake, rattle and roll so much up here? Check out the displays to learn most of the story...as well as learn of the "gaovernment caused" quake that nearly prevented Wrightwood from being what it is today.
