Per the USFS regions webpage, the Pacific Southwest region consists of 18 national forests, all in California.  There are only 14 FB pages for those forests, so there are 4 that do not yet have Official pages.  Those forests are:
Eldorado
Mendocino
Plumas
San Bernardino
