Snow White House?

There's a house on Twin Lakes, that we have heard was the model for the Dwarves home in Disney's "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs".
Does anyone know if this is true, or urban legend. Inquiring minds want to know!

I remember passing it in 1996 when we were looking for a house. It was Willie Williams who pointed it out to us. Since we've been here I've been looking for it. I'd like to find out more about it too.
