I'm glad you reminded me, Las Pulgas. I want to take my little boy, so we'll be there in the next couple of weeks. What are the hours and days?

i went to the ww museum yesterday for the first time.  the old photos are great.  one i would love to own is a large photo of park taken decades ago with just the gas station, what i call the holidays foods building, the wrightwood recreation and lodge structures.  snow everywhere, trees and nothing else.

there is a picture of toboggan runs down cedar.  i'll pay money to the youth association if the powers to be close of the streets and allow people to due what those in the photo are doing.  oh, the days before liability insurance.

It's too bad they will not allow their pictures to be shared on the internet!

Ok, let me start by saying that I'm only 32 yrs. old.  My 8 yr. old son made be feel 82 yrs. old last weekend.  I took him into the museum for the first time.  We were in the upstairs fireman's quarters when my son pointed at the old typewriter and said, "Look at the old computer Daddy."
