That is a good question. Dried juniper is quite a fire hazard. I've burned tumbleweed mixed with some "dry" juniper and it burned well but I don't know the ins and outs about it... other than if anything you burn is still wet, then you can still burn it but it wont as completely unless you dig a big pit and just let it
smolder and do its thing. I don't remember it popping or throwing off any more cinders than tumbleweed or
wood pallets or anything else. Whatever you do...be safe
m'man! Especially in this heat, but if there isn't any wind,
you'll probably burn it safely. Do you have to burn a whole lot of it? Or like maybe about a cords worth? Something like that?
