Hi Everyone! 

I volunteer at Mustang Spirit horse rescue (nonprofit 501C3); it is just off the 138 and Oasis (Pinon Hills). 

There is a "Poker Run" trail ride Sunday, June 20 with BBQ and nice prizes.

Sounds like fun.    I hope Tania has a horse for me so I can join in.

I also read on their site that there is a wonderful working/guard dog Spot at the ranch who was injured and the medical bills were quite hefty. If he doesn't get another surgery he will be put down so he is not in constant pain. They need to raise $1800 in the next 2-3 weeks. I hope my WW friends can join me in donating whatever is possible to save Spot. The website www.mustang-spirit.org/ has a lot of information on this 501C3 group.
