Decorah Eagles 2013 edition

The Decorah eagles finished a new nest and now have an unknown number of hatchlings with them in the new nest.  See this link for video from the only camera recording their activities:

    It is now February 2014 and Nest 2  (N2) is active and has cam view with Live Stream up and running...it's beautiful


Anyone else watching N2 and this year's Decorah Eagles?
 If so, are you having trouble getting live stream here in Wrightwood?
 A few years ago I used to be able to watch the live stream from the nest and it came through easily and continuously. Now it doesn't.
 It's constantly buffering every 2 seconds and drives me crazy.  it pauses and buffers  It's so slow too.  Is this all a problem due to Verizon and not enough bandwidth and more people on internet etc here in WW?

 By the way, 2014 looks to be an awesome year so far as Mom laid her first Eagle egg on Sunday  (D18) Dad and her take turns laying on the egg. The new nest camera is awesome, so clear and it really is so beautiful There should be another egg laid today or tomorrow, Feb 25 or 26th.

Is DSL extreme Verizon? I have Verizon, and mine does not have a steady stream....buffers every few seconds, pauses  I think it's the Internet Server and slow Verizon service.  I have closed all others programs etc...and still buffers, buffers.....

3Pink, you might try adjusting (lower right corner of video window) from HD to a lower resolution.

Is DSL extreme Verizon?

Basically there are two components to DSL - An ISP portion and then there's the data provider.
DSL Extreme is different ISP (Internet service provider) and uses Verizon data lines.


Just checked and the streaming video is working fine this morning.

I think I got it, and it's running better for me today...
On a sad note..The Decorah Eagles are in freezing cold weather   It was reported that the eggs just might not make it this year, and Mom is about to lay another one any time. The news reported the nest is frozen from previous rain right now and it's getting colder...and in the 8 years of watching this pair, this is the coldest year they have ever seen the Eagles nest in.... D18 was laid on Sunday 23 Feb  ... :oit's going to be a long month... poor little egg...
