The first photo below was taken in 1938. It's known as Lurkers Place and Lurkers Service. It is now the Sawmill.

The building was built between 1925 to 1928.

In 1992 it was bought by Cyrus & Viginia Leeper and leased to various deli type businesses including; Mexican, Italian, The Coal Car Deli, The Two Sisters Deli and the Walker Deli.
