There has been a broken utility pole just off 138 for many days, it apparently ran into a vehicle. The wires have been down close to the height of my 4X4.

We witnessed a dust devil go through and tangle the power lines which caused them to arc, veg fire #1, the surge then found a weak spot (according to the CAL Fire investigator) and blew the lines causing a power outage till 3 this morning. Veg fire #2, next to Ricks Cafe.  Buddy

I only saw two,  the dust devil was throwing enough dust and debris into the air it might have looked like a third fire. For Edison to get the power back up when they did, was great, It was my understanding that the lines were on the ground and burned through.  Buddy
