My daughter's boyfriend and his buddy, who by the way - different forum - are 21 have tattoos and piercings and are about the nicest guys around, hiked up the sheepcreek wash and then to the top of the mountain on Saturday. They said there is a big cross made out of stones at the top. Anyone know that story? Also, there is an old brick building that evidently has electrical outlets, lots of batteries, fuses, etc. Info anyone? They said they could see all the way to the Victorville Mall from up there - quite a view!

I would suggest you go into the museum and ask for Pat. If it's old wrightwood history, she will know the answer.
