 Smoking is limited to an enclosed vehicle or building, or within a Developed Recreation Site.

Is this the standard for all areas or was this added because of the fire danger increase?

I run into people smoking cigarettes on trails regularly and tell them to put it out. It really ticks me off...  >:( Mostly because I go up there to breath cleaner air and it makes me sick to smell it. I get "TRAIL RAGE!!!"
