Ultimate Internet Access, Inc is hiring in technical support.
Must be great over the phone, friendly and patient.
Once you have been trained and comfortable with working on your own, weeknight and weekend on call rotation will also be required.
We are a full service ISP that is growing and expanding. Our products include, Direct Wireless, Fiber, Networking, Firewalls. We are not a re-seller we own our network.
Must be comfortable with CLI and GUI both. Unix experience and knowledge is required.
If you have a mid to high level understanding and experience with Unix servers (especially FreeBSD), Cisco, Networking (WAN) then we want to talk to you.
We have extremely low turn over and have been in business for 19 years.
