It played in Pasadena last fall...wonderful film, highly recommended.  It has a Junie B Jones or Ramona The Pest feel, where the kids don't understand why the adults are saying "no" and are scheming to get around them.  The young actress who plays Wadjda is fantastic.  Fun movie, you'll enjoy it.
