Community Film Series presents Shakespeare High on Sunday, June 21st @ 3:30pm

Produced by Kevin Spacey, Shakespeare High is an inspiring documentary that follows a diverse group of California high school students as they compete in a Shakespeare Festival unlike any you have ever seen - a unique program that counts many of Hollywood's biggest stars among its alumni. The featured high school students are all local... from Encore School for the Arts in Hesperia. This film is rated 7.4 by IMDb. If you love Shakespeare, you'll love this film.
With William Shakespeare's
A Midsummer Night's Dream coming live to Wrightwood in August, presented by our local Snowline Players, this documentary film seems appropriate. The Snowline director of
A Midsummer Night's Dream, Ron Frank, a trained Shakespearean actor himself, will be present to give us a preview of the August performance.
This free film screening will be presented in the Old Firehouse Museum at 6000 Cedar St., on Sunday, June 21st at 3:30 pm. There is no charge, but if you care to bring unexpired canned or boxed foodstuffs, we will deliver them for you to the Wrightwood Helping Hands pantry.
