Yes, but only in the existing campfire ring.  Wood can be bought there at the campground.

I just camped there last weekend. The view of the blue moon was great! I really like that campground. The sites are huge.

I know they used to have some first come first served sites. Does anyone know if this is still the case?

Yes indeed they do.  In fact, there are more of those sites than there are ones that can be reserved.  Campers are asked not to take a reservable site unless they have a reservation for that site.
