If a yes vote wins on Prop 6, and the gas tax is repealed, will the fire prevention fee be reinstated?

Forester - No. Prop 6 is the repeal of the gas tax. You should have your summary ballot by now to refer to. .. not to mention the gazillion ads now running on TV.

The old fire fee was dropped. We are in the middle of a 'protest vote' procedure here as to whether we want to expand the FP-5 Fire District and impose a $157 annual fee on ourselves that goes to the San Bernardino County Fire Dept. There is another thread on this site on that vote.  Cheryl o7o
