Can anyone make sense of the plans well enough to tell me if there will be enough of a shoulder across now for bike and foot traffic?  It's only one of two places you can cross Sheep Creek, and it used to be really dangerous with no shoulder and no visibility to oncoming traffic.

Looks like 6 feet or so between the lane and the guard rail.
