Try a different web browser, or even on your phone.

I do see a live image but unlike Mt high web came I can see people moving.

Nope just a still shot of it, I can hit refresh and get a new shot but no movement.
I don't know if it's a setting on my PC but I can watch Mt high and everything is moving.
