...EXTREME HEAT WATCH IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY EVENING THROUGH
MONDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...For the Heat Advisory, temperatures between 93 to 103
expected. For the Extreme Heat Watch, dangerously hot conditions
with temperatures between 97 and 107 possible.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest California.

* WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, from 10 AM to 8 PM PDT Wednesday.
For the Extreme Heat Watch, from Wednesday evening through Monday
evening.

* IMPACTS...There is a high risk for dangerous heat illness for
anyone, especially for the very young, the very old, those without
air conditioning, and those active outdoors. There is a high risk
for heat illness for sensitive populations including the very
young, the very old, those without air conditioning, and those
active outdoors.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors

* WHAT...High temperatures in the mid-80s to 90s expected below 6000
ft. Low temperatures in the low to mid-70s.

* WHERE...Riverside County Mountains, San Bernardino County
Mountains, and San Diego County Mountains.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Wednesday to 8 PM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widespread moderate HeatRisk. Elevated low
temperatures will limit overnight relief from the heat.
