Cell service is down because of a planned overnight outage affecting the cell tower. Outage is supposed to be done by 0630 this morning. Obviously they are running a little late. The last planned outage in this area went about 2 hours past the scheduled time. SCE just sent out an email stating that the new estimated time to turn power back on is 0830
